Uganda National Parks

Uganda is endowed by with a diversity of attractions ranging from Wildlife, landscapes, historical sites to large water bodies. Conservation areas have been set up to preserve the wonderful nature thus improving tourism in the country.. Gorilla tracking in Bwindi is so far the most tourist activity and the basis of conservation where these apes are endangered.

Over 500 species of flora and fauna have been discovered in Uganda currently. The animals include apes, mammals, reptiles, birds and flies while plants comprise big thick and impenetrable tropical forests, bush and shrubs and savannah grassland being the widespread in all national parks.
